Tree City Plunge & Sauna Shares Construction Update; Opening Planned for Summer 2026
The team behind Tree City Plunge & Sauna is excited to share an update with the Treasure Valley community as work continues on what is being designed to become Boise’s premier destination for contrast therapy, cold plunges, infrared and traditional sauna experiences, and wellness recovery.
While many community members have been asking when the facility will officially open, the team has made the decision to focus on getting every detail right rather than rushing the process.
“Our goal has never been to simply open our doors as quickly as possible,” said the Tree City Plunge & Sauna team. “Our goal is to create the best contrast therapy experience in the Treasure Valley, one that people will enjoy for years to come. That means taking the time to perfect every aspect of the facility before welcoming our first guests.”
Construction and finishing work are currently in their final stages as the team completes interior details, equipment installation, testing, safety inspections, technology integration, member experience enhancements, and other finishing touches designed to deliver a premium wellness environment.

At this time, no official opening dates have been announced. The team anticipates opening sometime this summer but will only release dates once they are confident the facility is fully prepared to provide the exceptional experience the community deserves.
