Happlicant Launches Job Reports to Give Recruitment Agencies Clearer Insight Into Hiring Performance
Barcelona, SPAIN – September 15, 2026 – Happlicant, the affordable ATS and CRM for recruitment agencies, has launched a new Job Reports feature designed to give recruiters a clearer picture of what is happening across their individual jobs.
The new reports bring key recruitment data together in one place, including pipeline conversion, candidate numbers by stage, time in stage, candidate growth over time, candidate sources and rejection reasons.
Recruiters can open the Reports tab on any job to see a visual breakdown of their pipeline. The stage funnel shows how candidates are progressing through the recruitment pipeline, while additional reporting helps recruiters understand where candidates are coming from and where bottlenecks may be developing.
A key part of the release is the introduction of structured rejection reasons. Recruiters can now select an optional reason when rejecting a candidate and add additional notes or choose whether to send the rejection email. Rejections can also be processed in bulk from the job pipeline.
Rejection reasons can be customised in Happlicant’s settings, allowing recruitment teams to use categories that make sense for their own processes. Reasons can be grouped by who rejected the candidate, helping agencies distinguish between decisions made by the recruitment team and those made by candidates or clients.
Disqualified candidates remain connected to the stage where they were rejected and appear in a collapsible layer within the pipeline. This keeps the active pipeline clean while retaining the history needed for reporting and analysis.
For recruitment agencies, the insights can also help create more useful conversations with clients. By sharing relevant job data and rejection patterns, recruiters can show whether candidates are being lost because of salary expectations, the quality of the available candidates, location, the hiring process or other factors.
Rather than relying on assumptions, agencies can use the data to identify where a search may be struggling and have a more informed conversation with the client about what needs to change.
“Recruiters have always had the data sitting inside their ATS, but getting useful insight from it isn’t always easy,” said Chris Allen, Co-founder and CEO of Happlicant. “We wanted to make it much simpler to see what’s actually happening on a job — where candidates are coming from, where they’re dropping off, how long they’re sitting in each stage and, importantly, why they’re being rejected.”
The release also includes improvements to pipeline bulk actions, candidate selection, resume parsing and upload progress, alongside improvements to the way rejected candidates are displayed.
Happlicant is designed for independent recruiters and small recruitment agencies that want a modern alternative to traditional ATS and CRM platforms. The platform brings jobs, candidates, clients, tasks, campaigns and placements together in one system, with a focus on simplicity, affordability and ease of use.
Job Reports are now available on every Happlicant job.
