He currently serves as Director of AI Enablement for a leading global professional services firm, where he leads enterprise AI initiatives focused on operational excellence, governance, and responsible adoption.
Holmes has led large-scale enterprise platforms, including NICE, Amazon Connect, Verint, and Salesforce, and approaches artificial intelligence through the lens of operations, emphasizing governance, accountability, and disciplined implementation over technical complexity.
He holds professional certifications from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Applied Agentic AI for Organizational Transformation and Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy.
