Max Zanan Announces Departure as Master General Agent for FlexPass
Marbella, Spain – August 19, 2026 – Max Zanan announced today that he has resigned as Master General Agent for FlexPass and will conclude his relationship with the company in accordance with the terms of his agreements.
Zanan made the decision after determining that the strategic direction of the company no longer aligns with his vision for the future of the program.
“After careful consideration, I concluded that my vision for the FlexPass program no longer aligns with the strategic direction the company has chosen to pursue. While I respect the company’s right to chart its own course, I believe it is the right time for me to move on and focus my efforts on opportunities that are more consistent with my long-term business philosophy.”
During his time with FlexPass, Zanan recruited dealerships and agents across the United States and helped introduce the program to the automotive retail industry.
