Finliti and Wisesheets Partner to Connect Investor Behavior With Financial Data
TORONTO, ON — 9/16/26 — Finliti®, a behavioral intelligence platform for wealth management, today announced a partnership with Wisesheets, a financial data and investment research platform. The companies plan to integrate Wisesheets’ structured company fundamentals and market data into Finliti’s advisor workflows, connecting investor behavior with investment analysis in a more unified experience.
Wealth management is very good at organizing accounts, holdings and market data. The harder problem is context: why a client hesitates, overreacts, takes concentrated risk, avoids an unfamiliar investment or simply needs a different explanation before making a decision. Finliti was built around that human layer. Wisesheets brings the complementary piece — the financial data and research infrastructure behind the investments themselves. The goal is not to replace professional judgment. It is to strengthen it — with better context and less friction between discovery, research and client communication.
Connecting the Person to the Portfolio
Finliti’s proprietary FIPI® framework helps advisors understand how clients process uncertainty, make financial decisions, respond to market pressure and communicate about money. Finliti Pulse® then brings those behavioral insights into advisor workflows, including client and household insights, communication guidance, portfolio-related analysis, market alerts, reporting and ongoing engagement.
Through the Wisesheets partnership, Finliti plans to bring structured financial and market data directly into those workflows. That matters because traditional investment research often starts with one question: “Is this a good investment?” In an advisory relationship, the more useful question is frequently broader: “Is it appropriate for this client, and how should we communicate it?”
Two households can have similar goals and very different reactions to volatility, unfamiliar investments, concentrated positions or changes to a portfolio. Finliti helps surface those behavioral differences. Wisesheets provides the financial data needed to examine the securities themselves. Together, the platforms are intended to make both sides of the decision more usable.
From Insight to Workflow
As part of the partnership, Finliti plans to develop proprietary financial research and reporting templates powered by Wisesheets data. The goal is a practical workflow advisors can use with clients and prospects — not another layer of disconnected software.
• Analyze stocks, funds and portfolios using structured financial and market data.
• Create standardized Finliti research reports for clients and prospects.
• Evaluate securities alongside a client’s behavioral profile and financial goals.
• Build and backtest portfolios using advisor-approved investment universes.
• Generate household, market and portfolio insights that can inform client communications.
• Reduce time spent manually collecting, cleaning and organizing financial information.
Finliti also plans to create templates tailored to its investor personality profiles, giving advisors another way to translate behavioral insight into research and client conversations. Advisors who want to go deeper will be able to use Wisesheets’ broader research capabilities to build their own models and workflows.
Technology Should Make the Advisor Better — Not Busier
An advisor should not have to open one system to understand the client, another to investigate a security, a spreadsheet to test a scenario and yet another tool to explain the result. That fragmentation costs time. It can also strip away context.
Finliti is building toward a more connected workflow: understand how a client responds to risk, review the household’s holdings, analyze the underlying companies and funds, test portfolio scenarios and prepare client-ready material without repeatedly rebuilding the same information. The intended result is straightforward: less time gathering data and more time understanding clients, evaluating alternatives and communicating recommendations. The advisor remains at the center of the decision.
Financial Data Built for Modern Research
Wisesheets provides structured financial data through its API, spreadsheet products and AI integrations. For U.S. company fundamentals, Wisesheets standardizes financial information sourced from SEC filings and maintains source details including reporting periods, filing dates, SEC accession numbers and XBRL tags.
That source traceability allows financial applications to work with standardized data while maintaining a connection to the underlying filing. For Finliti, the infrastructure is expected to support growing portfolio-analysis and investment-research capabilities while preserving flexibility to develop new advisor-specific tools and templates over time.
Wealth Management Has Digitized the Account. It Still Hasn’t Decoded the Human.
Wealth management firms are increasingly looking for technology that can personalize the client experience without adding another disconnected system. Traditional risk questionnaires can establish stated risk tolerance, but they do not always reveal how an investor will react when markets fall, an investment underperforms or family members disagree about a financial decision.
That is the gap Finliti is designed to address. FIPI® measures behavioral dimensions that influence how investors process decisions and market uncertainty. Finliti Pulse® translates those insights into practical guidance across discovery, portfolio discussions, market volatility, household conversations, reviews and ongoing communication.
Adding Wisesheets’ financial data creates the next connection: behavioral context paired with the financial information behind the investments themselves.
“Advisors don’t just manage portfolios. They manage people — families, expectations, emotions and decisions. Finliti helps advisors understand the person behind the portfolio and turn that understanding into a practical next step. Wisesheets gives us the financial-data layer to bring into that workflow, so advisors can move more efficiently from understanding the client to researching and communicating an investment strategy.”
— Jennifer Schell, Founder and CEO, Finliti
“Reliable financial data becomes far more useful when it can be applied in context. Finliti is working on a part of wealth management that traditional software often misses: how investors actually make decisions. By bringing Wisesheets data into that environment, advisors can spend less time collecting numbers and more time turning those numbers into research and client conversations that are relevant to the person in front of them.”

A Broader Partnership
The relationship extends beyond the data integration. Wisesheets works with investors, financial advisors, RIAs, family offices and other financial organizations that rely on financial data for research, analysis and reporting. Where appropriate, the companies expect to identify opportunities to introduce relevant firms, collaborate on advisor and wealth-management opportunities, and demonstrate how their respective technologies can work together.
The companies also plan to explore joint education, content and product demonstrations. The broader idea is complementary by design: Wisesheets provides the financial data and research infrastructure; Finliti helps advisors understand the people and households behind the portfolios.
What’s Next
Initial work will focus on integrating Wisesheets data into Finliti’s financial-research, portfolio and reporting workflows. Finliti also plans to develop proprietary templates for its advisor community, with the potential to expand into additional household, market-alert, reporting and advisor-workflow applications.
Finliti and Wisesheets also expect to collaborate on educational content and demonstrations showing how behavioral finance and financial analysis can be used together in day-to-day advisory work. Additional product updates will be shared as the integration becomes available.
