SEOUL, South Korea, September 21, 2026 — Stockeeper, the operator of Hanwoo (Korean beef cattle) fractional investment platform Bankcow, is currently running the public offering for its 9th Hanwoo investment contract securities, backed by a specialized breeding farm in Hoengseong, Gangwon Province. The offering runs from September 8 to 22, and as of the release date, four days remain until the subscription closes.

The 9th offering is based on a breeding contract with Haksan Farm, a specialized farm in Hoengseong. Hoengseong is regarded as one of Korea’s leading Hanwoo-producing regions, and Haksan Farm has breeding know-how centered on Hanwoo genetic improvement. Since shifting to the investment contract securities structure, Stockeeper has bundled multiple head of Hanwoo into a single product to spread out variation between individual animals and to enhance the stability of livestock management and the settlement structure. The company plans to apply the same operating structure to this offering, strengthening the competitiveness of Hanwoo investment products backed by a production region and a specialized farm.

In Korea’s investment contract securities market, subscription results vary widely from one issuance to another. Against this backdrop, Bankcow has maintained a steady subscription trend through repeated issuances. As of the end of August 2026, Stockeeper’s cumulative issuance amount stood at approximately KRW 7.8 billion and its cumulative subscription amount at approximately KRW 10 billion, for a cumulative subscription rate of about 128%. The cumulative number of investors has also surpassed 17,000, confirming market demand for investment contract securities backed by physical Hanwoo assets.

Expectations are also rising for the auction results of Hanwoo cattle nearing shipment. According to Stockeeper’s internal simulations, the expected average carcass weight of these cattle is approximately 476 kg, which is considered superior to the general market average. Based on the expected carcass weight and recent auction prices, auction proceeds are projected at approximately 139% of the subscription amount if the cattle are graded 1+, and approximately 155% if graded 1++. Stockeeper explained that it maintains a stable settlement structure through its livestock management and shipment strategies, and that interest in physical Hanwoo asset investment is growing alongside the recent recovery in Hanwoo prices.

“This 9th offering is a product built on Bankcow’s accumulated experience in issuing and operating Hanwoo investment contract securities, in collaboration with a specialized farm in Hoengseong,” said Jae-hyun Ahn, CEO of Stockeeper. “Going forward, we will continue to enhance the stability and competitiveness of our physical Hanwoo asset investment products through partnerships with specialized farms.”

Stockeeper is a resident company of Seoul Startup Center Dongjak and is building its growth foundation by participating in a variety of startup support programs. This year, it was selected for the center’s “Technology Startup Commercialization Support Program,” securing approximately KRW 10 million in commercialization funding, which it plans to use to upgrade the server infrastructure of the Bankcow platform. As a financial and investment service, Bankcow requires stronger personal data protection, data encryption, and real-time security systems than a typical platform. With its cumulative investor base and platform usage growing, Stockeeper aims to reinforce its security framework so that investors can use the service with confidence.
