Each day participants complete one short activity that encourages better listening, stronger relationships and greater awareness of the people around them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ferrari says the challenge reflects the same values that have guided her career in media, leadership and philanthropy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&#8220;I&#8217;ve always believed that leadership begins with people. When you understand the people you&#8217;re serving, you make better decisions.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">She believes leadership is not limited to business executives or public figures.
