The Dr. Wade Banker<\/a> Scholarship reflects the values formed throughout the life and career of Dr. Wade Banker, a respected interventional radiologist based in Northwest Ohio. Raised on a small farm along the Ohio River, Dr. Wade Banker credits early physical labor and rural community values for instilling a lifelong work ethic. He later earned a Division I wrestling scholarship at Miami University before pursuing his Doctor of Medicine at the Medical College of Ohio. His post-graduate trajectory includes pioneering Y-90 radioembolization for liver cancer, founding the Luxe Laser Vein & Body Center in Toledo, and establishing a dedicated support pathway offering advanced procedures to military veterans at no cost.<\/p>\n
