Marbella, Spain – August 19, 2026 –<\/strong> Max Zanan announced today that he has resigned as Master General Agent for FlexPass and will conclude his relationship with the company in accordance with the terms of his agreements.<\/p>\n

Zanan made the decision after determining that the strategic direction of the company no longer aligns with his vision for the future of the program.<\/p>\n

“After careful consideration, I concluded that my vision for the FlexPass program no longer aligns with the strategic direction the company has chosen to pursue. While I respect the company’s right to chart its own course, I believe it is the right time for me to move on and focus my efforts on opportunities that are more consistent with my long-term business philosophy.”<\/p>\n

During his time with FlexPass, Zanan recruited dealerships and agents across the United States and helped introduce the program to the automotive retail industry.<\/p>\n
