Prior to the dinner, former Colombian President Andrés Pastrana Arango briefed attendees on Colombia’s national conditions and reviewed the long-standing profound friendship between Colombia and China. During the exchange session, Leomars Liao addressed the President and guests present in both Spanish and English.
